The Michi-no-Eki where the fragrance of hinoki cypress- hiba arborvitae drifts in the air.
Assabu's specialty products are popular starting with the vegetables.
The Michi-no-Eki is located along Route 227and was built using local hinoki cypress (Hiba) wood.
The "Assabu Bussan (local products) Center" was redesigned in 2013 and the selling area was enlarged.
Also known as the birthplace of the May Queen potato variety, a lot of Assabu grown fresh vegetables and processed goods are lined up on display. They also do countrywide shipping.
In addition, all types of events have been held in the spacious rest space.

- Uzura Hot Springs(Assabu)
A hot spring in a countryside area where it's possible to have a farming experience.
Enjoy bathing with a feeling of a lot of freedom.
Uzura Hot spring is located in an idyllic countryside area.
It was originally built as training facility accommodation for the center for agricultural development. From about spring to autumn, it is possible to experience farm work at the adjoining "Fureai Noen (allotment garden)".
The spring water quality is an alkaline simple thermal spring which is effective for nerve pain and joint pain. You can enjoy bathing with a sense of a lot of freedom in the large bright bath with the sun's light shining in through the large windows.
